"I called England Run Vet, after not being able to get an appointment for my dog several times. I asked if they were taking new patients. The staff member I spoke with said yes, and added they were booking new appointments in February or March unless there was something specific going on with the dog. I advised my dog had been having some stomach issues off and on and recently lost weight. She would not eat for several days, and would also get sick if she ate. The staff member put me on hold, spoke to a doctor and fit my dog in for an appointment on 01-26. I received a call a few days later to let me know of an opening due to a cancellation. I couldn't get in at the time, but thanked her and said my dog had just been sick that morning. She put me on hold, came back and asked if I could get my dog in later in the afternoon, saying the doctor wanted to try to get her in. I was able to get my dog seen later that afternoon.Dr. Powers and the entire staff were wonderful. The Doctor has followed up with me four times and the staff has called to check on my dog as well.I never knew this is what a Vets Office could be like.
