Disclosure Form

Pursuant to a State of Virginia Law, ACT 54.1-3806.1, effective July 1, 1998, veterinary practices admitting patients to their facilities must disclose hours of continuous medical care. Statements must be signed prior to rendering treatment and are kept on file.

England Run Veterinary Clinic has business and medical staffing hours as follows:

Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 7:00pm

Saturday: Closed

Sunday: Closed

New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas: Closed

This is to inform you that we have no in-house continuous medical staffing outside of the above listed hours.
