Safety for Felines : For the safety and comfort of our feline patients, we require all cats to be transported in carriers. No exceptions, but don’t worry if you forget yours – we’re happy to provide one for you to use from your car to the clinic and back. Once your furry friend is safely in your vehicle, please return the carrier to us.
Leash Policy for Canines: To ensure the safety of all our guests, we have a strict leash policy for dogs. All canines must be on a leash at all times while on the premises. This rule applies to dogs of all sizes.
Prohibition of Retractable Leashes: We no longer allow the use of retractable leashes within our clinic premises. If you arrive with a retractable leash, we kindly ask you to switch to one of our slip leads before entering the building. This measure is implemented to maintain control and safety for all pets and visitors.
Child Safety: To prevent any accidents and ensure the safety of both children and animals, we ask that no child under the age of 12 holds the leash of any canine, regardless of size.
