More important, he spent the first few minutes talking to my Coco making her feel at ease. No other vet had ever done that in her first 4 years! She put me on hold, came back and asked if I could get my dog in later in the afternoon, saying the doctor wanted to try to get her in. I was able to get my dog seen later that afternoon.Dr. Powers and the entire staff were wonderful. The Doctor has followed up with me four times and the staff has called to check on my dog as well.I never knew this is what a Vets Office could be like.
